If you are not completely satisfied with any work that has been done, please contact CustomerService@BayTownNetworks.com.  We will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you.

• Equipment service and repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30-days after completion date.

• Parts used for repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally it is 1-year, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

We depend on customer referrals and repeats for most of our business, and know that making our customers happy is the only way that's going to work!
